After the Toyota Prius c launched in Malaysia, I’m sure many are considering to get it as hot hatch in your garage. Here is another reason for you.

I just became the proud owner of a black Prius C3. The 17″ wheels on this one look great. While test driving this car, I tried both 15″ and 16″ wheels, and I could notice a slight loss in ride quality when moving to the lower profile tires on the 16″. It’s hard to tell for sure from the photo, but it looks like there’s even less rubber there with the 17s. I’m sure this is necessary due to lack of room in the wheel well, but as good as they look I don’t want the ride to get any worse.
I’m much more interested in the red and gray accent work they did here. The blue in the Toyota emblem just doesn’t work with black paint, but the red looks very nice, both there and on the lens behind the headlight. And the silver and dark gray paint changes in the front also make for a very sharp look here. Well done to whoever made these modifications. Would love to know more about exactly how they did the red accents.
Yes, this one looks hot and ready to catch some stare from the pedestrian. My guess that this 17″ really will make your ride suffer a bit, but in return you get nice look.
