How to get into this survey:
1. Read the information above and see whether you are included in the survey needs.

3. The place are limited as only 5 rider from each category will be choosen.
4. If you are selected, you will be called and you need to come for the survey with your bike to Mid Valley on 19th – 25th (just one day, pick one that suits you). The group discussion on that date will be about 2 hours and for Yamaha FZ-150i, Kawasaki Ninja 250R and 2011 Yamaha 135LC Hand Clutch owner you need to come 1 week before the session for photo taking session (5 minute only). Photo session also got payment!
5. If you want to know how much you’ll get paid, you can email me directly at the same address as above. This is because the payment amount cannot be revealed to all.
Note: This is a survey by a third-party company. So, after you submit your information, the person from the company will contact you if you are selected for the survey. Remember, due date for submission is 30th June 2011!
